The working jazz musician is called upon to play in many different situations, ranging from formal concerts to dance gigs to functions calling for quiet background music. With a network of musicians throughout the northeast and a repertoire ranging from standards by Cole Porter and the Gershwins to Jazz classics by Duke Ellington and Miles Davis to Bossa-Novas by Antonio Carlos Jobim, I can supply music for many different kinds of occasions. I’m available for parties, weddings, and other engagements as a solo performer or with groups ranging in size from duo to sextet. The recordings here represent two of the more common groups, quartet and duo with tenor saxophone, though the size and instrumentation of the group can be tailored to suit the needs of the function.
